What is Coaching…
Coaching enables you to make the meaningful changes you want from your life by identifying the internal blocks that are holding you back and the steps you need to take in order to move forward. Coaching is not therapy. Whilst counselling focuses on the past, coaching focuses on where you want to be and what you want to achieve in your career, relationships, health or any aspect of your life. It builds your resilience, confidence, capabilities and self-awareness.
Coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs and can be either 60 or 90 minutes in duration. Sessions are conducted in person or via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or over the telephone. As some of our clients enjoy being active and outside, we can offer outdoor coaching too. Coaching programmes typically come in bundles of three sessions with additional sessions being available as needed.
